Transam assists clients with the implementation of their projects and
provides project management to plan and manages tasks and resources.
We aim to minimise risk, communicate progress and deliver the results to the
client, all within agreed time scales.
The role played by Transam varies from project to project and can range from
partial or total ownership from initial conception to completion.
We expect to work closely with the client's internal staff and other third
party suppliers.
